Men's Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a form of self-defense that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The application of the Gracie technique transcends the use of chokes, joint locks, immobilization, throws, and strikes. It promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend himslef self against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. Taught by a certified Gracie Instructor. Class schedule varies. Must be 18.
