LADIES FITNESS CLASSES
Each of the following classes is 6 weeks in length. Cost: $30 for any or all classes. Classes are for ladies only.
Ease Into Exercise
This workout is for those who have not exercised in a while or are mature exercisers. With the use of low-impact light cardio activity, hand weights, and stability balls, this workout will improve flexibility, balance and muscle tone.
Class length: 1 Hour
Location: Youth Building
Days & Times: Mondays & Thursdays @ 5:30 -6:30 P.M.

Body Sculpting
A "get up and get energized" workout for ALL fitness levels. This class is an excellent combination of aerobics, muscle conditioning, stretching and overall core and body toning.
Class length: 1 Hour

Days & Times: Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays @ 5:20 -6:20 A.M.

Core Conditioning
This workout targets the abdominal, chest, and back muscles to increase strength and core stability with the use of stability balls, floor work and Pilates mat work excercises.
Class length: 1 Hour

Day & Time: Saturdays @ 9:00 - 10:00 A.M.

Fit ‘N Firm
This workout uses dumbbells and stability balls to improve muscular strength, endurance and balance. An active warm up, interval cardio/dumbbell exercises and a stretching cool down are included. This class can be modified for ALL fitness levels.
