At KidsQuest, our leaders are known as Foremen. By definition, a Foreman oversees a group of fellow workers in order to help them achieve a goal and be the best they can be. Therefore, we lead children on a Quest to learn about God's love for them and how to live out His amazing plan for their lives. This Quest includes:
- Interactive, relational Small Groups
- Fast-paced Large Group times which include active praise and worship, intentional bible memory, fast-paced games, creative bible teaching, hilarious skits, and all-around fun.
- Both Large Group and Small Group activities help your child understand and apply monthly Christ-centered virtues. As well, each child is equipped with tools that will help them live life as a Christ-follower at home, at school and with friends.
KidsQuest is committed to connecting with Parents. This occurs through weekly bible reading & prayer, parent training, and monthly FamilyQuest events that empower families to live intentionally as Christ-followers.
The KidsQuest ROCKS Store is a fun incentive we use to encourage kids to study and live out Christ-Centered Virtues in every part of their lives. Children can earn ROCKS cards by learning and reciting verses or completing a weekly family devotional known as the “Refrigerator Door.”
Starting Line - First to Sixth Grade
When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we begin a long journey that we run with endurance for the rest of our lives. One of our goals at Stonegate is to partner with families in helping their children get off to a strong start on this journey and travel it with endurance. Therefore, parents attend Starting Line together with their children.
At Starting Line classes, we’ll discover answers for your children’s questions about:
* How do I become a Christian?
* What does it mean to be “saved?”
* What is baptism?
* How can I live a life that honors God in everything I do?
Starting Line is required for all children who desire to be baptized at Stonegate Fellowship. Class sizes are limited, so please call Patty at 694-5100 to sign up.
