The Prayer & Care Ministry at Stonegate provides support and strength to members and their families in all seasons of life. We are here to help in any way we can through prayer, hands-on assistance and personal support.

We desire to see the POWER and PRESENCE of God displayed

in the midst of our church, community and world.

The members of the hospital CARE team visit hospitalized Stonegate members, check on patients who have recently been released from the hospital, send cards of encouragement, and provide meals and light household assistance for those recovering from a hospital stay.

“…to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, you did it to me.” Matthew 25:36,40

Get InvolvedCARE team

The simple act of providing a meal during a time of grief, sickness or recovery is one of the most tangible ways to make a difference in someone’s life. After joyous events like the birth of a baby, during an illness or at funerals, the CARE team prepares and provides meals with love.

Matthew 6:9-14; Psalm 95:1-7; Psalm 100; Acts 17:28; James 1:17. But prayer is more than asking God for things. Sitting quietly in love and adoration of God, listening and reflecting on what we hear from our conversation with Him, even just learning to rest in the presence of God is rewarding.
