Our message begins in the parking lot!

Parking Team

As soon as someone enters the campus on Sunday mornings they are met with a wave, a friendly smile, and then directed to the next available parking space. For more information contact Hank Hudson at hank.hudson@ortloff.com or Darrell Murray at dmurray@dxpe.com

Hospitality Team
The next person an attendee will see is a red-shirted Hospitality Team member ready with a warm greeting. They are there to alleviate distractions that might hinder a meaningful worship experience. In addition they strive to remove any anxiety a first-time visitor might experience upon entering an unfamiliar building. Information Center attendants disseminate information as well as summon teammates to escort visitors around the campus. Usher Team
Once inside the auditorium guests are met by Ushers in white shirts who will lead them to available seating. Many times the auditorium appears full, but this team is able to find even the most hidden chair. Their desire is meaningful and uninterrupted worship for the attendees. Office Volunteer Team

From time to time our staff needs assistance with clerical tasks. These duties include copying, filing, data entry, mailing and material assembly. There is no specific schedule involved with this ministry. When a need arises, the volunteers are called to determine their availability. If you are interested in this team, please contact Teena Robbins - Teenarobbins@stonegatefellowship.com, or call the church office at 694-5100.

Also needed are people with a smiling face & friendly voice to answer the phone & greet the visitors that come into the office. This would normally be during a lunch hour  or

on occasion that the regular receptionist has to be out.
