WeeGems Classroom Worker
6 Weeks - 2 Years Old: Help facilitate a safe, fun environment for children six weeks to two years. Love on and build relationships with the children and their parents.

WeeGems Hospitality
6 Weeks - 2 Years Old: Welcome children and their parents to the area, registers first time guests and escorts children to their classes. Acts as the Hostess for the Lullaby Lounge, offering refreshments and registering new babies.

WeeGems Youth Worker
6 Weeks - 2 Years Old: Help facilitate the activities & crafts that go along with lesson. Build relationships with the children through games, crafts & activities.

LittleGems Classroom Worker
2 Years Old - Kindergarten: Help facilitate all the games, activities, and crafts that go along with the lesson. Love on and build relationships with children.

LittleGems Hospitality
2 Years Old - Kindergarten: Greet children and their parents, help get them checked in and to the appropriate classes. Register first time families and get their children to the appropriate classes. Help classroom workers with bathroom breaks and needs they might have for their classes. Assist parents when they come to pick up their children.

LittleGems Special Teams
2 Years Old - Kindergarten: Special teams are used to help teach the lesson each week. These are 24-Carat Café, puppets, Preschool praise, and storytelling.

LittleGems Youth Worker
2 Years Old - Kindergarten: Assist adult workers in facilitating the lesson; build relationships with the children by helping them with crafts, games, and activities.

KidsQuest Creative Ministry
1st - 4th Grade: Utilize your gifts to share God’s love & truth in a large group setting in any of the following areas: audio/visual, crafts, stage presentation, drama team, photographer, KQ band.

KidsQuest Hospitality
1st - 4th Grade: Greet families, facilitate safe check-in & check–out, assist with administrative tasks, & cleaning the kitchen.

KidsQuest Small Group Foreman
1st - 4th Grade: Build relationships with children, facilitate lessons in order to help them learn God’s truth in a small group setting, & attend large group with the kids.

KidsQuest Youth Worker
1st - 4th Grade: Assist small group foremen with children so they can effectively facilitate the lessons in small & large group settings.

Quest56 Hospitality
5th - 6th Grade: Greet families, facilitate safe check-in & check-out, & assist with administrative tasks.

Quest56 Small Group Foreman
5th - 6th Grade: Build relationships with pre-teen children & facilitate lessons in order to help them apply God’s truth in a small group setting. Small groups are facilitated from creative large group sessions.

Quest56 Youth Worker
5th - 6th Grade: Assist small group foremen with children so they can effectively facilitate the lessons in small & large group settings.

SGKids Office Assistance
Assist office staff and resource coordinators during the week to copy and prepare materials for SGKids Worship and other events.

StonegateYouth Ministry

Aloha Team
Greet students as they enter Youth 3rd hour and “send them off” as they leave. Commitment: 1 Semester - late 2nd service to end of 3rd service.

Building Team
Assist in setting up and cleaning up Youth building. Commitment: 1 Semester of Sundays - end of 2nd hour through end of 3rd hour.

Cafe' Team
Prepare, serve, and clean up food for beginning of 3rd hour SGY meeting. Commitment: 1 year of Sunday morning - 2nd-3rd hour.

Check-In Team
Greet visitors and members and ensure a safe check-in process. Commitment: 1 year of Sunday morning 3rd hour.

Creative Team
Assist in creative planning and development for Sunday morning 3rd hour. Commitment: 1 Semester of weekly meetings (1.5 hours on Tuesday evening) and a few hours throughout the week.

Encouragement Team
Shepherd and encourage adult leaders in SGY. Commitment: 1 year.

K'Nex Team
Introduce visitors to LifeGroup leaders during the beginning of 3rd hour meeting. Commitment: 1 year of Sunday morning 3rd hour.

Prayer Team
Focus on prayer coverage for all of Student Ministry. Commitment: 1 year.

Table Team
Operate LifeGroup information tables as well as any event tables set up in the Youth Building. Commitment: 1 Semester of Sunday morning-3rd hour.

Technical Team
Operate lights, sound system, and video for Sunday morning SGY meeting. Commitment: 1 year of Sunday morning 3rd hour.

Visitor Follow-Up
Write notes and assemble visitor packets to be distributed each week. Commitment: 1 semester of Sunday morning-3rd hour.

Guest Services Ministry

Guest Services Campus Escort
Friendly person to walk with people to their destination, talk along the way to put them at ease, ask them about themselves and what brought them to Stonegate Fellowship.

Guest Services Greeter
Cheerfully greet attendees, direct people, make attendees feel welcome.

Guest Services Info Center
Disseminate information to SGF members and guests; answer questions and direct attendees and volunteers.

Guest Services Interpreter for the Deaf

Guest Services Parking Attendant
Facilitate safe vehicular and pedestrian movement in the parking lots, to be the face of Christ to all we meet; man the parking lots as directed by team leader and/or captain;

work with other team members to manage vehicular and pedestrian movement; minimize all outside obstacles between members/guests and worship service.

Guest Services Usher
Facilitate seating of attendees, to be the face of Christ to all we meet: seat attendees, collect offering, eliminate any distractions from worship service.

Office Assistance

From time to time our staff needs assistance with clerical tasks.  These duties include

copying, filing, data entry, material assembly and mailing.  There is no specific schedule involved with this ministry.  When a need arises, the volunteers are called to determine their availability. 

Also needed are people with a smiling face and friendly voice to answer the phone and greet the visitors that come into the office.  This would normally be during a lunch hour or on occasion that the regular recepionist has to be out. 

Pastoral Care Ministry

Pastoral Care Bereavement Team
Provide a portion of a bereavement meal for families in their time of loss/grief.

Pastoral Care Home Team
Provide a portion of a meal to a home for families in times of need.

Pastoral Care Hospital Team
To support the body by visiting and uplifting those in the hospital: visit and pray with the person hospitalized and report back any needs the patient may have as well as pray with and for family members.

Pastoral Care Prayer Team
Praying God's power and provision to the circumstances on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Worship Arts Ministry

Worship Arts Choir
Lead the congregation in expressing the love and adoration of God through music. The choir gives individuals with musical interests and abilities an opportunity to serve, to learn, and to worship through sacred and contemporary music.

Worship Arts Praise Band
The worship team provides leadership in the corporate music and worship ministry of the church, usually in the area of contemporary or emerging worship. Worship team members are considered the lead worshippers. As leaders in the most public ministry of the church, the worship service, they should be individuals who have cultivated a personal and growing relationship with Jesus, skills in music, depth in personal worship, and commitment to leading corporate worship.

Worship Arts Praise Team
The worship team provides leadership in the corporate music and worship ministry of the church, usually in the area of contemporary or emerging worship. Worship team members—whether vocalists or instrumentalists—are considered the lead worshippers. As leaders in the most public ministry of the church, the worship service, they should be individuals who have cultivated a personal and growing relationship with Jesus, skills in music, depth in personal worship, and commitment to leading corporate worship.
