NextSteps FastTrack
In preparation for four services, coming in February 2011, we have implemented several FastTrack sessions of our Next Steps classes. Next Steps is still being offered at its normal times on Sunday mornings in addition to the FastTrack sessions. Space is limited in these sessions and you must be registered in order to attend. Childcare is available but limited and must be reserved. The Next Steps FastTrack sessions will help you get plugged in and ready to serve when we move to four services.
The FastTrack will combine all three Next Steps classes into one class, which will be available on the following dates:
Saturday, September 18, 2010, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (breakfast and a snack will be served)
Sunday, October 17, 2010, 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm (dinner will be served)
Saturday, November 20, 2010, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm (breakfast and a snack will be served)

Age Group Opportunities
Children’s Ministry
Make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Our teams seek to teach God’s word and demonstrate God’s love to children—Birth - 6th Grade.
Youth Ministry
Join the student ministry in impacting the lives of junior and senior high school students with the message of Christ in such a way that they grow in their faith, experience life-change and live lives of influence.
Young Adult Ministry
Invest in the lives of young adults—age 18-25—as they seek community and a life of influence.
Adult Ministry
Find your role as a part of the body of Christ in the StonegateLIFE Minsitry and invest in others’ lives by facilitating a LifeCourse or leading a COM.group.
Other Opportunities
Guest Services Teams
Do you remember the first time you stepped onto Stonegate’s campus? What questions did you have? How were you feeling? Guest Service team members work to create a great experience for everyone each time they park their vehicle, take their children to class, stop by the café’, and enter the auditorium.
Connection Teams
Our goal is to effectively and efficiently connect individuals into the church body. The focus of this team is to welcome new people to Stonegate, help them get information and help those interested in getting connected get plugged into groups, activities, volunteer opportunities, etc.
Prayer Teams
Our prayer teams receive prayer requests from the body and pray for our church leadership. You may also join a prayer group meeting to pray for local or global concerns, or coordinate prayer needs of SGF events.
Care Team
The Care Ministry at Stonegate provides support and strength to members and their families in all seasons of life. We are here to help in any way we can through prayer, hands-on assistance and personal support. Our teams include bereavement, hospital visitation, and meal preparation.
Worship Arts Team
When we gather together, our times of worship are really times of celebration of the life of worship that we lead everyday. We would love to have you join one of our teams—Praise Team, Praise Band, or Worship Choir.
Technical Arts Team
There are many opportunities to serve in our Technical Arts Ministry. We believe that if people can come to our church for a service or an event, and the audio, video & lighting enhanced the service and didn’t distract from it, that we’ve done our job well. We strive for excellence in all that we support and produce. If you like Tech stuff, you may be a perfect fit for one of our Teams!
Ministry Support Teams
These teams support SGF Ministries by providing support for weekly activities, administrative tasks, and assimilation processes.
Special Events
Stonegate Fellowship has volunteer opportunities available throughout the year for special events. These opportunities are perfect for those of you who are unable to commit to service on a regular basis but would like to help out when you can. From event childcare to car clinics, there are various opportunities for you to get connected!
