About Us

We desire to bring glory to God by providing a safe, nurturing environment in which parents can entrust their children. We lay a spiritual and educational foundation by teaching them about Jesus through physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development. We also support, encourage, and share the love of Jesus with all children and families who utilize our weekly childcare.
Childcare Teachers

All of our Childcare Teachers and Teachers Assistants have been through background checks and are required to be a member-partner with Stonegate Fellowship. Watching your children is a responsibility we take seriously! If you have any questions or concerns you can always reach out to us by emailing childcare@stonegatefellowship.com

Groups & Bible Studies

We provide free on-campus Childcare for official Stonegate Small Groups and Bible Studies each week. To be good stewards of our resources and our team’s time, we utilize a registration form to track attendance for your group or study’s childcare needs.


This form will need to be shared with all members of your Group or Study that will be utilizing Childcare. This will not limit your ability to add new members over the year, but it will give us an estimate to accurately plan week-to-week. Please share the form with any new members that join your Group or Study that will be using Childcare.


We ask that you inform our Childcare Team if your Group or Study plans to cancel any meetings, if someone who has already registered for Childcare will not be using it on any given week, or if your Group or Study list changes. While we will never turn anyone away, these updates are very important for us to be aware of in order to be appropriately staffed, have the right amount of supplies for each classroom, and serve each family well.Childcare Teachers

Community Requests

We always love to offer our services for community-based groups or events when able. If you are planning an event that could benefit from this please email Esmie Flores at childcare@stonegate.dream.press to see if we can accommodate your event.
All events must be planned with our team 8 weeks in advance. Please check our yearly calendar for available dates and times, and note these dates will be given out on a first come first serve basis.

Hours of Operation:

Morning Childcare: 
Monday: 8:45 am – 11:30 am
Wednesday: 8:45 am – 11:30 am


Evening Childcare:
Sundays: 4:15 pm – 8:30 pm
Tuesdays: 5:45 pm – 8:30 pm
Wednesdays: 5:15 pm – 8:30 pm


Inclement Weather: In case of inclement weather, Stonegate Childcare will follow the Midland ISD weather policy. Childcare will immediately notify staff of all closures.All events must be planned with our team 8 weeks in advance. Please check our yearly calendar for available dates and times, and note these dates will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
